For rookies and seasoned Stukafest enthusiasts alike, read this step-by-step guide on selecting your route in the ticketing system to ensure a smooth-sailing (or should we say smooth-biking?) festival.
STEP 1: Decide what tickets to get
This year, we have four types of tickets, so you can choose whether you only want to attend one performance in one room, join us for a whole evening of fun with three rounds of performances and the Stukaparty, or any other combination in between!
If you would only like to get tickets to the Stukaparty, there are no additional steps – so go forth and purchase!
If you’ll be joining us for the rest of the festival (yay!), keep reading to find out how to select which acts you’ll be attending.
But first, check out our line-up to make your choices on what performances you’d like to see, and plan your route using the map at the bottom of our homepage.
This is what you’ll see when you open the ticketing system:
Go ahead and use the + button to select the types of tickets you would like to buy.
STEP 2: Select your artists for each round
Click on “select” (or “selecteer” for the Dutchies) to open the menu where you can select which artist you would like to visit for each round, and make your selections according to the route you’ve planned.
Make sure to check the timing written in the header of each round to ensure you’re selecting the artists in chronological order of when you will be visiting them – this cannot be changed once you’ve bought your tickets!
The schedule for the evening is as follows:
Round 1: 19:00 – 19:30
Round 2: 20:00 – 20:30
Round 3: 21:00 – 21:30
Stukaparty: 22:00 – 01:00 (Doors open at 21:30!)
Mark this in your agendas and be sure to take travel time between rooms into account when you plan your route! The artists will start and end their performances on time to ensure everyone has ample time to get to their next location between rounds.
STEP 3: Make your payment
Follow the instructions to make payment and officially buy your tickets!
